It is pretty enough to eat, but I will pass on that. I do like colors, and the seeds on the bun are a great touch. Very nice photo! But no to lentils...
Steffe and 32 Degrees, there are lentil burgers and there are lentil burgers. If you had a bad one you would never eat one again but if you had a really really good one ... well.. every weekend you would want one. My fav is with satay sauce.
OMG I have had a lentil burger from the Angourie Corner Store - you are completely right - the best in the world and I've been searching!! So far, 2nd is line is a lentil burger from the Sphinx Rock Cafe in Mt Burrell, near Mt Warning (Northern NSW). I need a recipe!! Yum!
