I like these old oyster sheds in Yamba Bay. They are shabby, interesting and useful so I suppose they will have to comedown at some stage and be replaced by a shiny expensive cafe.

Nice photo. I hope these buildings get to stay up as long as possible. It is sad when everything old gets pulled down for something shiny and new.

ReplyDeleteThese old oyster sheds look like a good subject for sketching. I imagine they will come down at some point in the future to make way for the new. It's nice, though, to see glimpses of what once was.
