Just shows it is possible to make a great photograph out of anything. I really like this shot.
Great composition.Regards and best wishes
Great shot, love the composition!
Yeah me too, I like this shot. I like the concept of compacting rubbish like this.I like the way this B&W makes us concentrate on rubbish disposal, whereas in colour we would have concentrated on what drink each of the cans previously contained.
That is a lot of beer! (Foster?)Great shot!Happy weekend to you!
Great shot, and I really like the composition!:)
Fine photo. Such great patterns.
Wow, I love this! The de-saturation really adds to the appeal... Will you consider entering it in my 'Weekly Top Shot' meme? We're on Week #21 and I'd love to see you share with me and my readers! Here's this weeks' link: http://www.theviewfromrighthere.com/blog/?p=6603
There has to be something one can do with blocks like that. Aluminium cans should last a while. Paint them perhaps & build a wall? Any other ideas?Keith.http://woodsrunnersdiary.blogspot.com.au/
Interesting capture! Best wishes!
Hi Keith, they would make a great house but I think you would have to put up with lots of ants as they fed off the dregs of the cans.
Oooo! squished cans, what a great shot this makes Mark, Julie was so right, to get the full impact of the image without distraction, B&W was such a great choice on your part!
As I mentioned before, I just love this shot... your choice of B&W (in my humble opinion) really makes this shot superb! I'm so glad you decided to join us and share at 'Weekly Top Shot.' :-) I hope you'll come share again next week...
Great B&W shot, Mark!
