Going Green in Wooli
Wooli Public School is well known in the Clarence Valley for it's environmental programs including a terrific veggie garden. It backs on to Wooli Beach and the kids also participate in caring for the sand dunes.
I like the involvement of community and environmental projects for public schools, but I also like this colourful and non-institutional looking entrance!
Good for them for being green. We live in the brownest area of the USA.
ReplyDeleteWhat a bright and colorful sign for a school. This sounds like a great place to send your kids!
ReplyDeleteLove the sign and the structure!
ReplyDeleteIt's nice how kids are early on exposed to living green and maintaining nature's beauty.
ReplyDeleteThis is great news. It’s always good to hear that more and more are caring for the environment.
