H is for Highlands


Glen Innes prides itself on being the Scottish Capital of Australia ( although Maclean would disagree). The town has many 'Highland' attractions, such as the Crofters Cottage which serves excellent Cornish Pasties.

  2. Being of Scottish descent I find it odd that a place celebrating its Highlander roots would serve a pastie from deep south-west England!
