Minnie Water Store Mural

This delightful mural is indicative of the seaside diet; fresh seafood, hot chips, coke, milk and beer. The shop has recently changed hands, all the best to the new owners.

  1. I like that that sort of "photographic" drawing for billboards ... I'm a bit old fashioned I guess.

  4. I wouldn't eat or drink any of that little lot myself but I do appreciate the artistry- very realistic.

  5. I'd eat it all and my mouth is watering! It must be so fresh.

  6. Selling groceries and bait in the same store seems odd to me. Even though you see it a lot in various corners of the U.S. Coke or milk with seafood is not an appealing to me. Now beer with seafood sounds great. Yum! Slurp! Murals used in advertising seems to be more and more common. But then maybe it's just my awareness that is increasing. Either way, I like them. Thanks, Mark, for contributing to Monday Mural.
